I am all about Customer Experience! From my early stages of my sales career to switching roles and focusing more on building relationships, I have always been customer first.
Since my early start working in a call center I have been focused on going “above and beyond” to make a connection and providing exceptional support with customers. Being in the BPO industry my goals haven’t changed but rather accelerated through ClearSource!
I focus on what matters to our clients customers most, by eliminating pain points and allow an effortless experience for both our clients, and their customers.
I am located in northern Utah, and I have had many opportunities to travel and connect with current and future clients all over the globe!
