Established in 2008 by experienced industry leaders Rob Goeller and Nate Spears, ClearSource BPO Inc. started from the realization that players in the call center scene tend to be more focused on efficiency rather than quality.

This sparked the co-founders’ vision to create an exceptional customer experience for any business through their own BPO company, which they opened in the state of Utah, USA. After a decade, this fast-growing corporation expanded and launched ClearSource Philippines in Makati City.

At present, ClearSource continues to prosper as a business that always dares to be the exception, putting utmost priority on the quality of every connection and experience they build among their clients, customers, and employees

After honing his craft in the banking industry for two decades, a desire to craft a more unique approach to customer service began to stir in him and so, he would then go on to start something with his business partner, Nate Spears; something that will eventually emerge as a developing name in the BPO industry: ClearSource!

Since founding ClearSource in Utah in late 2007, Rob has proven himself as a more hands-on CEO than most. He does his best to check on his people every now and then, crack a joke or two with them, and even working with them directly, all in the name of helping them reach their full potential in growth.

One of Nate’s first forays into a leadership role was during his time working with for BMW Financial Services, where he helped future ClearSource collaborator Rob Goeller manage the outsourcing of customer support to third-party call centers.

It was also during that time when noticed that, unfortunately, not a lot of call centers focused on the quality of service being provided, but rather the quantity. It was with this vision that led him and Rob to launch ClearSource in 2008, with the goal of crafting a truly unique and exceptional customer experience that can fit into any business mold there is.
